The Main Barn

Our rustic-elegant indoor reception space is the heart of the celebration. It features polished concrete flooring, stunning weathered wood detailing, and large roll-up doors that bridge the gap between indoor comfort and the fresh forest breeze. The space is fully equipped with a dedicated dance floor and overhead bistro lighting to set the perfect mood for your reception.

The Grounds & Ceremony Sites

Nestled alongside the peaceful waters of Clear Creek, the property offers 10 acres of lush meadows and towering Pacific Northwest fir and cedar trees. Choose your favorite outdoor spot to exchange vows under a canopy of trees, utilizing our provided altars and arches. We can accommodate up to 150 guests, year round.

The Bridal Loft

Sitting quietly above the main barn is a private, fully furnished loft designed for your ultimate comfort. Complete with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and two dedicated dressing suites, it provides a relaxing, private space to get ready on the morning of your event and a cozy retreat when the night comes to an end.

Groom's Quarters

Nestled against a dense evergreen forest in a sun-drenched, golden-brown field, the Groom's Quarters offers a peaceful, secluded retreat housed within a charming green shed alongside a vintage tractor. Stepping inside from this quiet, rustic landscape, the quarters transition into a cozy, well-lit lounge designed with a modern-rustic aesthetic, where ample natural light highlights warm wood-toned flooring and clean lines. The room is anchored by a substantial dark metal-hardware trunk serving as a central gathering space, surrounded by symmetrically arranged, dark-upholstered chairs featuring striking red cushions that provide a bold contrast against the neutral walls. Overlooked by a handsome, hand-crafted wooden American flag and equipped with convenient amenities to keep the space cool and comfortable, this thoughtfully designed haven provides the ideal private environment for the groom and his party to relax and prepare before the ceremony.

We believe in transparent pricing and providing a blank canvas so you can bring your exact vision to life.

Our rental fee is fixed at $6,500 per event, your rental includes:

  • Full Weekend Access: Say goodbye to stressful, rushed timelines. The venue is yours from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.
  • Total Vendor Freedom: We feature an open vendor policy. You have complete flexibility to bring in your own catering, provide your own alcohol (BYO), and hire the event professionals that perfectly fit your style.
  • Tables, Chairs & Decor: We provide the essential furnishings, including tables, chairs, rustic whiskey barrels, and beautiful on-hand signage.
  • Atmosphere & Entertainment: A dedicated dance floor, plus professional lighting and sound setups are included and ready to go.
  • Effortless Logistics: We handle the heavy lifting with included setup, breakdown, and cleanup services so you and your family can focus entirely on celebrating.
  • On-Site Camping: Keep the party going and let your guests sleep under the stars with ample space for weekend camping
  • Ice Included: Cross the ice run off your to-do list! We provide on-site ice to keep your beverages perfectly chilled all weekend long.
  • Garbage & Cleanup: We provide ample trash and recycling bins across the property. We simply ask that all trash is bagged and placed in the on-site dumpsters before your Sunday departure.
